It’s paywalled! I really do wish that medical researchers stop publishing research behind paywalls! Most of these are taxpayer funded and should be publicly available.

Pretty good study design. The vignette comparing AMIE and PCP response is very interesting. I wish they had included more of those vignettes in the paper. This feels like a significant step forward.

Agree! And not just 'heart-failure'. Names of various conditions linked to the heart are so confusing for common people (Heart Attack? Cardiac Arrest?).
