Sometimes it's neither.
Example: If I follow Jim and he quotes Bob's post and then either one of them blocks the other, I'd see "blocked" even if they haven't blocked me

Randomly seeing “blocked” on my SL always makes me giggle cuz am I the blocker or the blockee??
