Finding excuses to purchases related to work that end up becoming part of your daily use is a niche thing for me to get into. Especially after the fact the things in question are considered 'vintage style' or 'meant to be preserved for some history'. These Field Jackets are serving me well, dammit!

I find things I like at work, can't buy them for a few days. I'd pay full price no matter but that's a violation, so gotta wait until I can buy a damn panasonic alarm clock with the radio built in

Went to walk out today. Was fairly chilly. But it was almost quiet. Had Gmod construct and big city ambience manifest when I heard the sirens and cars passing while walking with nothing but 10 bucks and my phone playing some song about Jamaica

They keep hoping for more snow down here next week but it's already hot as it can be for spring. The cold weather gear is being stored halfway, and I can't tell if it'll be needed again

I dreamt that my new wool socks and work pants were being forced to return to sellers because they have been labeled as a potentially harmful item, and when I woke up turns out only one of them arrived

Coughing, sneezing, breathing deeply, and stretching hurts enough that it feels like I'm getting improperly punctured. Either lack of sleep is getting to me or I'm dealing with getting sick again

Someone dropped off their old college essay or report of nuclear energy at work. It's probably gonna get trashed or resold as a historical piece because it has all the paper in place with no cover dated before the 2000s.

Turns out. You can indeed hear enough yelling from drunk couples disputes even after they use fireworks on each other. I think that just escalated things

The snow reminds me of a lot of things, snow, dragon's breath everyone did, the one time someone broke the sprinkler system and caused us all to stand in the weather without our jackets. Was always a mixed bag

Seems a lot of people are worried now in that area. It's always odd seeing how worry is portrayed, or what it leads to. I just hope that if the impacts arrive, it's either manageable or shortly resolved without the need

Will very advanced tech somehow be simplified to puzzle games? I always thought it would be funny if the most complex tech and machinery just reverted back to simplicity with ads on them while trying to a puzzle before something blows up

Being the backup for the backup is annoying sometimes. But then again, so is not having the money to impulse buy things that peak my interest once every month
