When I lived on the Cape, I saw them all the time in my suburban neighborhood—regular visitors to my yard. Now I’m in Western Mass and I hardly ever encounter them. I miss them!

- Be wary of marketing svcs that are one-size-fits-all: a good campaign should be tailored to you
- Be wary of junky, less effective techniques like press releases, SEO, social media ads, book fair "representation", video trailers, paid reviews/interviews, etc.
