Here is someone I want coaching/quarterbacking my two minute drill. Adversity is just a chance to show how ready they are

He now has an exclusive club in The Stockyards in Fort Worth. Just takes $3K entry fee before the annual membership.

Yeah, I like a rest built in to my serving time and prefer to cut it in the 145-160 range as well.

Depends on how long you need it to sit. If it’s going to be hours need to add some layers of towels/old blankets. Don’t want it dropping below 140 for too long before serving.

And if the hold is going to be have to be for a longer bit than planned preheat the cooler by having it hold hot water for a few minutes then dumped. I find it really helps make sure you stay in the safety range for longer.

It’s a mix. There is a set time but if key items aren’t done yet/arrived or people with good reasoning (ie grandparents) are running late it can be delayed up to about an hour. Cousins and family members who typically run late don’t get this leeway.

I tend to only use straws when I’m driving. I think drinks taste better when I can like smell them and get a fuller sip than a straw offers.

Like going to TCU, a common refrain was beat the baptists when referring to Baylor, that also had the ease of alliteration going for it as well.

Honestly playing for a bowl of chili on a 50 degree rainy day in Fort Worth also might be the thing would inspire our side the most at this point of the season.

Grandma’s dinner rolls. A invited friend once grabbed some premades not knowing this one year and we had to hide them in the closet.

Each year at least one of the cousins goes over to help her with making them and learning the how to since the written down recipe doesn’t fully reflect the steps.

But how could that be possible, he doesn’t even have an agent. One of my favorite running gags

I am also curious as to what is the cutoff to be considered gambling for this type of look. Like a money league season long fantasy is gambling even though I don’t think about it in the same way as the like gambling apps

Honestly it probably would be good for society if those were viewed as the retirement jobs. “Hey you served us well in DC, go home and make sure your libraries are funded and enjoy the home life”

Someone made a graphic of how the number of tires on the trucks changes from cut to cut. Just basic consistency stuff that it fails at
