2.6 million girls now have equal access to football in PE across England, a 31% increase since the 2020/21 season.

Inspired by the Lionesses, girls are keen to play and the FA and Barclays have played a crucial role in making sure they can.

Labour is freezing regulated rail fares ahead of the budget. 🚄

Cost of living pressures are real for lots of people in Lewisham North and transport costs are a significant part of that. I’m really encouraged the government is taking this step to ease the pressure.

A huge milestone for animal rights as Labour delivers on another manifesto promise.

With a £75m investment, the strategy will end animal testing for skin and eye irritation by end of 2026 and provide training in alternative methods for new researchers from next year.

Had a chat with Cllrs. Will and Rudi about the re-opening of the Riverside Youth Club. Packed with fantastic facilities, the centre is open 6 days a week with activities for all ages.
