Oh, come on! They are probably losing WAY more than 200 people a week to COVID and I don't see them even batting an eyelash at that.

It's probably a different kind of snow too than what you are used to from Alberta. I know the snow here in Victoria is way different from the snow I remember while living in Ontario.

I get it...I used to live in Ontario and driving in the snow did not bother me...I have lived in Van/Vic for over 30 years and panic if we get snow and I have to drive in it. You will become more comfortable as winter goes on. Take care!
