Our little city won 1st place at the New England Scholastic Band Association marching band competition this year for the first time ever, and our football team won the State Championship for the first time ever, proud of my kids, and to be part of this community!

I am making my kids Christmas ornaments from old vhs tapes. I have piles of duplicate tapes and I thought making them ornaments from their favorite movies would be fun! They read: "I find your lack of cheer disturbing" and "slinging and swinging into the Holiday season" now only 4 more to go!

Two of my kids had marching band finals last night where they won gold, I'm so overwhelmingly proud of them! This was in the parking lot after the show, just because they all love playing so much! My daughter is playing the solo in trumpet and my son is on the marimba! 🥁🎺🏅
