In case anyone's unsure, the company lists their vine revival project right next to their generative AI project. You can see for yourself on their website, towards the bottom of the page: andotherstuff.org

Funny enough, they list their generative AI project right next to their vine revival project--complete with the advertisement that it's free of "AI slop."

Safe to say DiVine isn't coming from a place of opposition to generative AI.

It looks like the company runs a few AI projects of its own--shakespear.diy, an "AI-powered content creation and discovery tools for the Nostr ecosystem," and Image Morph, an "experimental tool" that "proprietary AI misinterpretation algorithms to create scalable visual chaos at enterprise scale."

I'm afraid it runs deeper than that. They're actively developing Nostr for AI integration.

Further, it looks like they maintain their own AI dataset--not a good signal from a company that wants to start amassing user-generated media.
