I'm not sure why but my lack of physical contact (sexual and non-sexual) has been hitting me hard this week. The reality is I can't do anything about it. My current situation has left me with no way to visit people. Adding to that my anxiety makes it so I don't talk to people so I have none to see.

Today is proving to be a struggle. Being depressed is an everyday thing I deal with. Today for no apparent reason it's really hitting me really hard. I'm not sure what it is but every thought ends with me crying. I can't do anything.
