In some cases, I actually would prefer LESS widgets with faster and clearer access to what I need (I’m looking at you, banking apps).

Cooking with chicken got 1000% better when I started cooking with thighs instead of breasts. All the better if your recipe will let you leave in the bones. Chicken breasts aren't that flavorful to begin with and meat packers regularly inject them with water to add size and weight.
