Both Knell and Devil's Trill began with a rescue, basically. Okay with Devil's Trill it was more like a very bad party, and THEN a rescue. XP

Skeletons lift Knell out of the water. Devere is sitting on the bank nearby.

The skeletons, having moved to the bank, hand Knell to Devere. Knell coughs up some of the dirty water as she's passed to him.
Knell: *gag* *koff*

Devere is now holding Knell and looks at her with a concerned expression. His green eyes are glowing brighter from using his magic to control the skeletons. Knell is nearly unconscious but moans from choking on the water and her illness.
Knell: Nnnnhh
Devere: Shit...

A shot of Devere's lower legs as he walks back towards his house carrying Knell. Behind him we see the bridge - the man that was there is now gone.

The man, pulling Miriam by the wrist, leads her towards the mysterious black and red carriage.
The man whispering: Quickly!
Miriam: W-Wait a minute! Who are you?!

Jeremiah has been consoling the bruised Patsy, who's now holding his handkerchief to her bloody nose.
Miriam (off screen): Unhand me!
Jeremiah looks behind him after hearing Miriam shouting.
Jeremiah: Eh?

The man has moved Miriam right in front of the carriage. The door of it now open, Florian peers out from it.
Florian whispering: Mademoiselle!
Miriam looks at the carriage in surprise, recognizing the voice.

Florian, smiling, offers his hand to Miriam. He's wearing a bright red coat, a black top hat, and has a cane in his other hand.
Florian whispering: Hop on!

Ew. Is this a new Firefox thing?
I know there's info around showing how to deactivate AI in Firefox, which I actually did not long ago, but since it just did a big update again, I wonder if the same methods would work or be safe?

Guess I should just force myself to switch to Waterfox or something.

After right-clicking, I noticed an "Ask an AI Chatbot" option in the dropdown, which is what's pictured.

When Florian and Miriam straighten back up, Florian adjust his hold on her by moving both of his hands to her waist. He has a mischevious grin on his face. Their environment appears to be becoming bright and multicolor as Joseph resumes playing the song.
Florian: In fact, I insist we botch it! Let's twirl all around until we're sick.
Miriam smiles at him, still with tears of relief in her eyes.
Miriam: Heh... heheh, aye, let's!

Florian and Miriam hold each other close while spinning in careless circles.
Florian: It's the Polka-Nausea!
Miriam: Hehahah!
Florian: That's more like it!

Miriam narrates: Perhaps the tea and cakes had just made me giddy...

Miriam narrates: But as our dancing went on, the world seemed to become more colorful and vibrant. A whirlwind of delirious euphoria. Freedom... at last.

Knell: Foetal or starfish (depending on where she's sleeping)
Miriam: Log or yearner

Knell holds the doll against herself.
Knell: Daddy was so mad last night... I was hurtin' a lot, and he kept hittin' me... ...so I just... ran.

Knell sits cross-legged with her doll, looking around at her toys and knick-knacks in her little tree haven.
Knell: Then I remembered where the necromancer's house was. Daddy's scared of his magic, so I hoped he wouldn't follow me there.

Knell lifts her doll in front of her and looks at it sadly.
Knell: I didn't think the necromancer would be out in the rain, but he was, an' he caught me. H-He's big and weird lookin' and his glowy eyes are creepy.
Knell's voice breaks a little as she holds back tears.
Knell: I fell in the river, but he got me out. I thought he wanted me dead an' w-was gonna finish me off. I was real scared, Dragomira.

Knell recalls her time with Devere, and how he treated her with kindness.
Knell: But....

The final panel is completely black and we only get Knell's words.
Knell: I think maybe... he's not so bad.

A young girl, Molly, looks terrified while looking over the railing down into the living room from the upstairs hallway.
Molly: M-Mommy?

Though everything is obscured with shadows, a woman appears to be lying motionless on the ground. A black silhouette is kneeling beside her. Two red dots where it's eyes would be are now looking up towards Molly.

The figure, now obviously a man in a hat and long coat with glowing red eyes, moves at abnormal speeds towards Molly's direction.

The figure, Daniel, leaps all the way up to the upstairs hallway and over the railing where Molly was standing.
Molly: Aaah!

Daniel lands on the floor in a kneeling position and makes a horrible hissing sound at Molly, showing off his vampire fangs. Covered in blood stains and with glowing red eyes, he's looking quite monstrous.

Florian: Slide... cut... lift...

But Miriam loses her footing...
Florian: Step--

...and falls into Florian, who manages to catch her with a bemused expression.
Miriam: Ghh!

Miriam, still leaning against Florian (who we can see is grinning), is now red-faced and in such a panic that she forgets to pull herself off of him.
Miriam thinking: You clumsy idiot!

Florian looks down at her, having noticed she's gone rigid.
Florian: Let go of your tension.

Miriam pulls back (off-screen) to look at Florian, who's smiling at her and completely unbothered by the mistake.
Florian: I'm not judging your dancing. Botch it for fun, if you like!

Miriam stares at him in surprise, eyes welling with tears from the relief.
Florian: If you fall, then I'll fall with you... and then we'll get up and dance like fools some more!

This is how to do it via computer at least, not sure about mobile. Select the Settings button, push "Refine your recommendations", click the GenAI section and switch off everything in there.

I just did this so I've yet to see if this'll actually get rid of all AI content or not, but so far so good.

Settings button >> Refine your recommendations >> GenAI interests >> switch off everything
