I do think the NCSoft artstyle is /more/ compatible with MonHun’s aesthetic, because the scale of things is sufficiently fantastical, but I don’t think I would wish NCSoft gameplay on the franchise. MonHun is visually splashy, but the speed of the attacks makes sense for the weapon

HZD always felt like ‘post-apocalyptic world with robo dinos Assassins Creed’ to me. There are elements of fantasy and intrigue to the world, but the action combat is grounded in ‘what could a top athlete accomplish with plausibly realistic equipment’

This is a mixed bag actually. For all the studies saying it is more accurate than doctors at diagnosis (eg detection of cancer from imagery) there are other studies that suggest that the detection isn’t statistically better than doctors and that reliance on the tech makes doctors worse at it.
