There's a reason Enaka refused to be normal about protecting Theso in Echo Sight. They weren't going through that loss a second time.

Echo Sight is a sci-high fantasy about xenomorphic fungi & a disabled monster hunter trying to save the city.

Enaka's doing their best, but when the government is unhelpful & marginalized folk are the ones who suffer, the only way forward is through. Together.

Really, the albums are similar ENOUGH that you can start anywhere, but you see a slow progression of his madness as you go through in order.

Also, just FYI, "Caramel" is about rude fans trying to out Vessel's identity. He likes his anonymity even though his ID's out there now. 🫠

I have that illness too, lol. My two personal fave albums are "This Place Will Become Your Tomb" & "Even in Arcadia." I wouldn't say there's any order you have to go through, but Arcadia definitely starts slow/has very much a vibes thing & hits more pop than the others. I think there's a comic, too?

It's a genre-bent metal band with a lot of hip hop influence. Their lore is really cool; Vessel has gotten himself entangled with an eldritch god (toxic romance vibes) so a lot of songs should be seen through that lens.

I love that extension. I can't stand writing without dark mode. The white hurts my eyes too much over a long period.
