I turned 30 and nearly everything got worse. I have a decent job but I still struggle to be anyone outside of work. I struggle to retain hobbies and passions. I really think it’s that the world has gotten so much worse. Even having an appetite is difficult when life is like this every day. I’m tired

For anyone who doesn’t know, I am highly passionate about environmental conservation. I acquired his pelt secondhand from someone who had in turn received him from relatives as an (unwanted) gift. I then commissioned a soft mount artist. He’s an ~80” Canadian arctic wolf that looks after our home :)

Don’t forget in capitalist societies, most of these laborers (leather workers and boot makers in this example) historically lost their livelihoods after successfully campaigning for livable wages as a union. This was so disastrous to the ruling class that they had to devise a legal way to avoid it.

To speak plainly. Theres issues with providing all citizens the same pair of state-issued shoes. Theres issues with the state regulating independent boot makers. What about the egregious profits reaped by CEOs after pushing laws to outsource the entire leather industry and strip boot makers of work?
