That's not exactly what happened. They were voting on the GOP health plan (which doesn't include ACA subsidies) and they iced out Dan Goldman because he was late for the vote. So it passed. The ACA discharge petition vote won't happen until 2026 because of the waiting period.

I think he is on a holding pattern. If the regime releases the files, he might stay. If the regime refuses to release, he might leave.

Or it could be reverse, but I'm suspecting that that event will be the ultimate factor.
