I bought a Unicorse puppet from Bluey to surprise my girls.
It's kinda small for my hands but they loved me playing Bandit playing Unicorse.

It's to have depression as a black man because the world/the culture designed you to be a Leader & Strong & Consistent 24/7 365.

But you can't focus, you're barely eating and sleeping so you lack the strength and energy you have day to day.

That feeling fights what they told you to be

Imagine being told "You have to be strong" as a toddler/little kid. Being told to "Man up" when you got hurt, "men don't cry" when you're sad.

Being taught adult responsibilities when you can't even spell the word yet.

So many black men are stuck in this "strong ideology" that was forced on us.
I hate being called “strong” because it feels like a role I can’t step out of…

sometimes I don’t want to be strong. sometimes I just wanna be. sometimes I just wanna rest.

A new U.S. Postal Service rule for how your mail is handled could affect your ballot, taxes and more.

The rule, which went into effect on Christmas Eve, redefines the meaning of a postmark, the date mark printed on most mailed items.

If Russia can't participate in international sports, why can the US?

Ban them, and move the World Cup to Canada/Mexico.

I noticed whenever a show/movie decides to have these quiet, introspective moments like in Eternals, The Acolyte, or even Andor, that’s when people decide to call it “slow” or poorly written. It’s like no, you’ve just conditioned yourself to see action moments as the only valid thing.
