Humane meat is an oxymoron. No animal wants to die. Animals exist for their own purpose, not to be exploited and killed by humans who refuse to get all their protein from plant sources.

It can be prepared to have a texture like meat, but it has very little protein - lame-O. So if used it for a faux BBQ pulled pork sandwich, need to get protein from other source.
