I believe the failures of care for trans folks across all sectors of the NHS (GP to GIC and beyond) are entierly, and without exception, the intentional.

Imma be real... There is very little when it comes to the sounds of a loved one just existing that I don't adore.
Just knowing and feeling their presence is a big thing for me. (Especially given most of my relationships have been long distance.)
