3:00 p.m.: Outside the Capital One Arena was an empty line flooded with people’s belongings. Secret service for the inaugural parade inside the stadium did not allow cameras, food or bags smaller than a fanny pack. Many chose to abandon their stuff, rather than miss their chance to see Trump.

OIG report concludes two U.S. Park Police officers who killed a Virginia resident did not violate the use of force policy. The report comes 7 years after the Nov. 17, 2017 killing of Bijan Ghaisar. It has been called inconsistent with safeguarding lives.
