Today I filed suit alongside the ACLU of Indiana to challenge unconstitutional legislation singling out IU.
Our state constitution explicitly prohibits this kind of special legislation. Alumni deserve their democratic voice on the Board of Trustees, and I'm standing up to defend it.

Every other four-year public university in the state allows alumni to have input in the selection of board trustees. There is no justification for denying that only to Indiana University alumni.
