This one is growing in a very shady spot at the edge of a Salal patch. I'm interested in other Huckleberry varieties, too, have already added a bunch of v. ovatum. Here's the USDA range map.

I've lost track of the original tag for mine, but I recall it was noted as a less invasive variety. So far, it's very robust but not spreading.
