1. Vash getting bitten by a poisonous worm/wam in the middle of the desert and becomes violently ill. Wolfwood desperately tries to find the nearest town to get an antidote. 2. Vash humming a lullaby Rem used to sing to himself for comfort while bleeding out in an alley, waiting for someone to find him. 3. Vash having terrible morning sickness. He vomits during a gunfight and the gunmen think he had too much to drink while Wolfwood (unaware of what's really going on) knows Vash didn't drink any alcohol and thinks something is up. 4. Knives attempting to noncon Vash to see if Vash would defend himself with his powers if a human tried to hurt him similarly. Vash does use his wings to stop Knives but holds back from hurting Knives, only leaving a scratch. Knives: "so you do know how to use your fangs." 5. Vash getting hit with a tranquillizer, stumbling and tripping over himself while getting away and finding a safe place to hide from hunters before he blacks out. 6. Vash getting captured while pregnant. While his coat hides his belly, he avoids touching it to not give himself away and obeys everything the captors say bbecause he doesn't want to get hurt. 7. Wolfwood rescuing Vash to find him drugged with a bleeding claim mark on his neck. Vash apologizing to him for being claimed by someone else. 8. Vash getting sick/injured, so Wolfwood forces him to go to bed early. Wolfwood wakes up the next morning to find Vash with red plant markings and unresponsive. 9. Vash punishing himself by not accepting any comfort and being touch-averse when he fails to save someone from getting hurt/dying. 10. Vash trying and failing to save a plant from its last run. After getting surrounded by townspeople who think he killed the plant and are looking to replace it with him, he faints from using up too much energy. 11. Vash hiding a wound from Wolfwood, Meryl and Milly for days that turns into an infection. It doesn't get bad until someone claps him on the back that causes him to keel over and faint. 12. Both Wolfwood and Vash being held captive, and one of the captors is looking to mess with Vash. Wolfwood tries to draw the captors' attention away from sexually assaulting Vash but fails and is forced to watch/listen. 13. Vash connecting with a Plant that backfires when she goes through her last run and causes him to have a seizure. 14. Vash swallowing a roofied drink that was meant for one of the girls without anyone noticing. He later becomes very sick in his room. 15. Wolfwood bathes a mute Vash in the aftermath of sexual assault/rape. 16. Vash hiding his heat from Wolfwood until the last minute. Because of past experiences, he's terrified of Wolfwood and he expects to get taken advantage of. 17. After the events of trimax, Vash can't sleep without Wolfwood next to him so he stays in the infirmary until Wolfwood wakes up. 18. Wolfwood hearing news about Vash being presumably dead. Later that day, Vash shows up at his room covered in blood. 19. Vash asking Wolfwood to kill him when he loses control of his powers. 20. Vash ignoring the instinct to nest that backfires into Vash having a painful heat that leaves him delirious and stressed. 21. Vash getting captured. Instead of the captors cashing in on the bounty, they put him up for auction and put him on display where he's forced to take off his clothes. 22. Vash not knowing he's pregnant and becomes anemic, growing weaker each day until he collapses and needs a blood transfusion. 23. After healing a plant, Vash has a bad case of the shivers. While camping in the desert, Wolfwood wakes up in the middle of the night to find Vash has hypothermia and is shaking in his sleep. 24. Omega Vash feeling sick and unaware of his heat coming until it hits him while in public and onlookers start recognizing him. 25. Vash feeling a false sense of security when friendly townspeople offer him food for helping them out and he's unaware the food is laced with poison. 26. Vash saving someone inside a collapsing building but runs out of time and gets buried under rubble. 27. A bad concussion gives Vash temporary amnesia and he runs away when Wolfwood isn't looking. Wolfwood finds him hiding in an alleyway in pain and looking at him with fear.  28. Bounty hunters going overkill to keep Vash from escaping by using a shock collar. 29. Vash being distraught about the nonconsensual claim mark and trying to get rid of it by scratching the wound. He gets a bad idea to crowd Wolfwood and ask if he can bite over the mark. 30. Vash having painful periods and trying to hide it from everyone, but he can't when he needs to stop and rest more than usual or he looks like he's about to faint or vomit. 31. Vash's energy/powers being sapped away while pregnant. He's sickly most of the time and has to be spoonfed some days when he doesn't want to eat or move.
