Sometimes you have to go with a simple, rustic dinner.
Tonight I sliced and cooked some chicken breast with rosemary and thyme. Then roasted it with chopped potatoes. For the side, I pan seared broccoli in a bit of Italian vinaigrette. Topped everything with a hint of butter.

A bit of paranoid ideation has lead to a slight redesign and major new feature. 🤷♂️🏗️ Once the main storage and vending machine are filled with Cooked Chicken, the Hatcher is locked out. So, I basically hotwired one thing to the other thing and now it's more awesome. 😹👍

I've added the Free Cooked Chicken feature, to my Chic'o'matic design. When the double chest is full, extra cooked chicken is sent towards a dropper stack. The pressure plate activates a hopper clock that cycles the dropper stack. The droppers don't currently stockpile (just the hopper line).

It's not like I neglect wifey and kiddo... They're having leftover spaghetti with a hearty meat and veggie ragu, topped with lots of cheese.

Had a virtual court appearance today, to finalize the lawyer situation and set a new readiness hearing date. Bonehead was 10mins late, pushing me to the back of the docket. I got a lengthy private lecture from a judge, about how serious it is to fire an attorney, in front of 3 of them.
