Ads as articles has been around since the beginning of print media, it’s called public relations and it’s far more valuable than advertising, but it’s nice to see people recognizing the covert manipulation. A shit-ton of money is spent to have articles like this one “placed” as editorial content.

Wow! I survived melanoma because I had a great dermatologist. That said, I also have a complex and somewhat rare genetic disease and was gaslit and misdiagnosed for 14 years. Had I not challenged doctors & aggressively advocated for myself I never would’ve gotten a proper diagnosis. Many MDs suck.
