I believe it got pushed back to 7.5 because of concerns with CPU/Resource usage going up significantly, and they wanted to work that out before pushing it out
Which makes sense, its the reason they gave previously why they *wouldn't* do it at all
They just didn't give it a slide the last 3 LLs
