I don't mind it as much because the book makes it very clear, both explicitly and in the mechanics that 'being the avatar' is just not what the game is about. Someone being the avatar would change the game to such a degree that it would be a different game from what they wanted to make l.

This should still work as a time saver, though it'll take a bit more effort. Putting these on the spots where you want your bullet holes to be, and then using either a cylinder or a rod shape with the subtract function on the main body to create the depth should do the trick.

I hate to be the one to say it, but the doom that this kind of 'AI' will result in won't even be a cool robot uprising. It'll just be the boring undermining of our shared reality until nothing is real or trustworthy, and everything serves to drain your wallet, followed by economic collapse.

Remember 10-ish years ago when touch interfaces would definitely be the future and Microsoft redesigned their whole OS to be more touch/mobile oriented? I remember. Where's your touch interface now, microsoft?

I find that dark and muted color schemes are often a sign of an inexperienced or insecure painter. It's much easier to hide mistakes and speed through a paintjob if you can hide them beneath a coat of nuln oil. And it usually looks *fine*
