You’re not concerned about lossiness here?

Actually what you people usually do is share fetish pornography with each other.

That’s a common way of recruitment.

They co-wrote an Amicus brief with the anti-trans Manhattan Institute.

They didn’t need to do that. They could have said “we don’t share your values, and our perceived neutrality is important to us”

But they didn’t.

This picture always tears me up.
November 27, 2025 at 3:01 PM
They’re essentially pack animals.
November 27, 2025 at 2:58 PM
What’s really funny is how they react when I say “so you disagree with Ari that…” and point out how.

It make them angry.
November 27, 2025 at 2:57 PM
And that got me blocked.
November 27, 2025 at 2:54 PM
But harassment doesn’t need to be persistent ie you don’t need to wait for it to be someone being followed around being misgendered.

Is that your view?
November 27, 2025 at 2:53 PM
You have said demonstrating intention is a key issue. Then you denied saying that. Then you said these were different offences despite defending Ari saying they were not to be distinguished.

Try to be consistent.
November 27, 2025 at 2:51 PM
No.

You keep trying to disrupt the conversation with irrelevant comments. Have you noticed?
November 27, 2025 at 2:50 PM
You said specifically the issue was demonstrating intent.

Do you need me to cite your skeets?
November 27, 2025 at 2:49 PM
So you DO distinguish.

Ari doesn’t.

I find it fascinating that you all pile in to defend Ari without checking either what he said or whether you agree.
November 27, 2025 at 2:48 PM
Offence taken is part of the legal issue according to Castro vs Clovis.
November 27, 2025 at 2:47 PM
The amicus brief specifically mentions the right of people who don’t believe trans people exist to express their views in public.

You disagree with that, it seems. For you, if intention is demonstrable in misgendering, that’s enough.
November 27, 2025 at 2:46 PM
So you accept the principle that persistent harassment is not the threshold.

So you disagree with Ari.
November 27, 2025 at 2:44 PM
So Ari was speaking out of both sides of his mouth?

Because he said it directly in defence against the suggestion that he was operating a double standard.
November 27, 2025 at 2:43 PM
You think trans people are unaware of honest mistakes?

Seriously?

For real?
November 27, 2025 at 2:41 PM
Yes, you’re getting at the issue but not quite grasping it:

If a trans person has to be subject to a persistent pattern of harassment, while other vulnerable groups enjoy a stricter protection, it’s a double standard.
November 27, 2025 at 2:38 PM
But what is the standard for harassment?

Ari says it needs to involve a pattern of persistent harassment. Following someone around was his example.

Yet the standard for racism is much stricter. Schools can presume a single utterance is disruptive.
November 27, 2025 at 2:34 PM
Ari denies suggestions he has a double standard regarding protecting trans kids from bullying.

OTOH you appear to be comfortable with a double standard. You don’t judge transphobic bullying as seriously because you think the right to deny a trans person’s gender is too important. Is that fair?
November 27, 2025 at 2:31 PM
And you missed Ari saying that these should be treated the same. Ari does not distinguish.
November 27, 2025 at 2:26 PM
Try not to evade the issue.

She for he. He for she. Deliberately.

You disagree with Ari that this should be treated the same as a racial slur.
