Hey I have that game! 90% just for the models, which remain some of my favourite mythos models ever.

Wow, what is with the western world and teeth falling out? I've definitely had some variants on that one. One time my teeth started falling out and I looked in the mirror to see I had one of those fish-tongue replacing parasites that was pulling them out and another where my entire mouth detached.
