I think that conclusion is working backwards from the fact that he did some not terrible things among a lot of terrible things, but if we purely look at what people like manchin have done to crater trust in government being that he has spent have his time at least focusing on his own businesses..

At the core of the issue to me is that neither of these groups come into government to spend the majority of their time working to better the American people.
