Arder was another one I looked up and it said to burn or sting, but she told me I was making sentences that would make more sense with "queimar" so I'm confused about how to learn it properly 😂😭

for context, i looked up "encolher" and got a definition of to shrink, shrug, cower, cringe and tried to make sentences accordingly but my tutor corrected sentences using encolher as "shrug" and "cower" to something else.
is there a better site i can use to see examples in the correct context?
