YEAH LOL I live in a bit of a food desert, it's a 40 min drive one way to a decent size grocery store... so it's really nice to be able to just have the groceries ready to pick up and not have to do the whole shopping part
But normally they ask about substitutions!! LOL

I get groceries through order pickup
They substituted my small turkey for a large turkey without asking for confirmation (which they normally do) and now i have like 12 extra pounds of turkey LOL

about 6.5 hours total if we include the prep/rest/carving time LOL but it did turn out quite yummy so all's well that ends well I guess!!!

Honestly it didn't take as long as I expected to cook anyway, only 5.5 ish hours in the oven 🤔 the moment of truth is arriving!! (It's resting rn)

it's funny you say this because I had never met anyone who does this to their turkey and then just yesterday my coworker said her daughter-in-law is trying it on their turkey this year
