Stakeholder love quantitative data such as “75% of people were satisfied with the experience “ but in a quantitative study where you’re measuring a small sample, instead explain why people rated the experience lower than others. Otherwise, stakeholders will latch onto these numbers as truth.

Tracking UI issues in #dovetail is easy using tags. Simply create your taxonomy of UI elements and code your data assigned the tag along with performance tags such as error or confusion. This will allow you to search across all of your studies how well the UI element is performing. #uxresearch

One important thing to remember when doing usability testing is to identify the design concerns. Too often we get caught up and wanting to test everything, but if we focus on the things, we’re absolutely concerned about we can optimize our learnings. #uxresearch
