To be fair to them, they probably had no idea that was the case. As a former in store Sprint repair technician and subsequent back end office worker, I'd be surprised if they knew their coverage area.

For like 99% of them (I'm being generous) it has nothing to do with the fetus or baby and everything to do with the woman. They don't care whether the kid lives or dies because they don't care about the kid at all - it's an afterthought. They only care about exerting control. It's all about control.

The same thing that happens to movies that were never put on VHS, or whose reels weren't kept, or a ton of videogames. You get the gist. They're effectively gone forever. It's sad but ultimately the same fate will befall all media.
