Reading this new book about Talking Heads and ran into an absolutely baffling chapter opener. Taking shots at the Farrelly brothers' output in the 90s in 2025 is strange enough. What's worse is I'm not sure what movie the author is mad at. Dumb and dumber? Kingpin? Way to hold a grudge dude.

Decided to check out director Tony Randal's Wiki page and it is one of the most incredible examples of "I wrote my own Wikipedia page." It's not even an amusing anecdote! It sounds like he managed to annoy Anne Bancroft AND Mel Brooks on two separate occasions.
