Here in Providence, people are renting *new, affordable* smaller apartments, which have limited or no parking. Lots of car-light and car-free folk here who are NOT supported/encouraged by these policies.
And YES, let's consider equity!!! Asthma stats are sky-high in PVD.

Lavin's reporting is accurate; my criticism is with EC4. Why would we focus only on EVs as our vehicle emission reduction strategy? In our Ocean State, more individuals and families are able to *mode shift* to public transit & bikes than are able to afford EVs.
