I'm curious how much it relies on just closing the Plainville gap vs. adding secondary feeders (which would make sense to me as validating the impact)

Exactly as I was saying months ago, and now the idiotic opposition to this deal gets not only higher rates (which were inevitable) but ongoing lead service lines and no mechanism to directly steer investments for the water system of a significant % of the state.

Why does this matter? For so many reasons, but the Danbury Mall and the surrounding strip plazas were built over a massive wetlands area (you can see them right next to the huge parking lot).
Every excess parking space means more runoff pollution that goes into Connecticut’s precious ecosystems.
