My concern is why do residents have to do reports when the police don't even investigate theft, just so they get statistics? Everyone know that it's not worth even reporting which appears to be why crime statistics seem to be down.

Yes, and another neighbor had called the person in to police earlier as it was obvious he was scoping out properties. He might be hurting a bit as he was hit with a lot of force, enough to bend his bike, in his attempt to get away with the loot.

The part I don't understand is the Fateh/Davis/Jazz coalition appears to be one ticket and they don't to seem to care which of them is elected? Would they all serve together if the coalition gets elected or is it really just a vote for one of them?
