Why does mental stress raise some people’s blood pressure but not others?

Research from Dr. Philip Millar’s lab in Human Health Sciences shows that kidneys and muscles don’t always respond to stress the same way, and our internal stress reactions can vary widely.

DYK that fish can tell how each other were raised?🐟

A study by Dr. Georgia Mason’s lab in @integrativebiology.bsky.social has found that zebrafish will selectively mate with fish raised in “enriched” housing vs those from barren tanks.
