YES! I bought a 16 year old ZM400 label printer to replace my hated QL1100. The brother QL1100 has awful linux drivers, tries to lock you into their labels and is stupid expensive. Someone pointed out these older ZM400 workhorses so I picked one up cheap on ebay. It is exactly everything I want.

I tried Forge-X on my AD5M and so far its been a really good experience. Its nice to have all my old klipper interfaces back. Missing those on the AD5M made it feel a little stifling to me. The install process was very trivial #3dprinting #ad5m

These little reflow plates punch well above their weight! Very useful for fixing little issues.

I am stupid excited to play with this thermal printhead. The datasheet even lists what connector can be used to connect to the ribbon cable!

After the panic buying of 3d printers then Defcon I'm finally getting around to putting together the Manufacturing Nook (need a better name for it). This is probably the only time it will be this clean for the foreseeable future. 😂

Holy shit, Paychex.com. Why on gods green earth is there a link to a paycheck loan app ON MY PAYSTUBS PAGE?! Your emails explaining my 'benefits' which are actually advertisements for 3rd party insurance are bad enough but this is RAGE INDUCING! Why can I not opt out of this shit?!

Just like last time it would have been cheaper to manufacture in China and send the whole unit rather than buying parts to prototype and assemble in the US.
