But the true star of the show was the 14+ might Akshan I guess.

This week, I also read the Red Rising Trilogy by Pierce Brown, it was really immersive, enjoyed the he pacing and character development and an amazing experience altogether.

We're coming back home!
The first stop was Las Vegas for the #GC of #SWU! The energy was incredible and meeting so many amazing players was truly something special.
Then we hit up Florida for some sun, and martial arts! My wife absolutely crushed it at her tournament, bringing home two medals!

Had a great week capped off by visits to #Montreal 's beautiful #BotanicalGarden & #Biosphere! 🌿 Shame the Japanese Garden was closed, but we made up for it by adopting our very own #Bonsai! So happy with our new green friend. 😊 Pics attached!

I got back home from Pax Unplugged and it was incredible and quite inspiring to have something similar organized locally. Which I'll look into. But that will deserve its own post later.
Right now, I'm already back at the airport to fly to the pretty Victoria with Air Canada, I've never been prior!

Pax Unplugged has been super fun so far. Managed to grab the Star Wars Unlimited convention exclusive yesterday which is a highlight of the weekend already.
The wife also decided that Warhammer looks cool and that we are making a Chaos Demon army, I know nothing of Warhammer going to have to learn

Pax Unplugged has been super fun so far. Managed to grab the Star Wars Unlimited convention exclusive yesterday which is a highlight of the weekend already.

Set 4 of Star Wars Unlimited Jump to Lightspeed was teased with some amazing cards. Question that's on my mind was would "Confiscate" work in disabling a Leader from their ship, when attached as an upgrade. The short answer was : "yes, for now".

I played Anakin Blue at my locals yesterday, fought against a Palpatine and two Cad Bane Tarkintown. It was rough.
There's almost nothing the game can do against a decent Cad Bane Tarkintown which seems like the best competitive deck of this format truth be told.
But we'll keep at it

I played Anakin Blue at my locals yesterday, fought against a Palpatine and two Cad Bane Tarkintown. It was rough.
There's almost nothing the game can do against a decent Cad Bane Tarkintown which seems like the best competitive deck of this format truth be told.

I feel Palpa does well in control matchups. I also like to run this in it, I feel it fits so well! With the magna guard it will proc too it's nice interactions. I'm still working on the deck, but I enjoyed playing it in set 2.
