Some insurances/FSA plans can even cover going to the gym, especially for seniors. You may be able to get things like acupressure or acupuncture covered for pain management if you want to avoid heavy medications.. I've explored our benefits and there's quite unexpected things in there.

I also have a FSA that allows tax-free funds to pay for public transit or carpooling! We can't use it in our household but it would be so handy for folks who can!
