Made salsa verde last night with a bunch of tomatillos and peppers from the garden.

Seared a pork shoulder cut this morning and they are now getting acquainted in the slow cooker 😮‍💨
Home grown roasted tomatillos, peppers (Serrano, jalapeño, cayenne), onion, and garlic set to simmer in a pot before blending The result after simmering and blending with an immersion blender. I used more peppers than I realized, and it's 🔥

Getting back on the hypertrophy train has been brutal, but rounding out again has been a welcome benefit.

Successful install. Took about 4 hours, including the time it took to deep clean all the center console crevices.

A surprisingly super easy install, just a couple bolts in tight spaces that ate up time.

It's a night a day difference, I'm super happy with it.

Getting ready to remove the center console to install the new barton shifter assembly. I thought it had glue holding it down.... turned out to be 10 years worth of old coffee and spills 🤮 The difference between the stock wobbly assembly and the new one is crazy. It's so thiccc. Center console and old assembly removed. After a long struggle with the rubber coated arms, the barton is finally in place

Unboxing a short throw shifter assembly from Barton Industries. The flat shifter stick is matte black with Sublime Green engraving to match the car's exterior paint. The shifter knob is also black with a shift pattern in Sublime green. The knob will likely be replaced later with a customized one from Speed Dawg
