Medical incubators are so under-utilized, a secure, self contained, carefully monitored and controlled environment where you can keep a careful eye on a patient, watching all their responses and vitals as you keep their observable container warm and full of whatever medicine the doctor ordered

Reading this makes me wanna see more ceremonies for husbands/wives becoming diapercucks.
Just as much pomp as a wedding day, but all in service to locking them up into chastity and remaining forever in nappies.

Have them rolled down the aisle in a stroller, still dressed up like an adult before they're stripped and then laid across the "altar" where everyone can see the main event. Then rolled back out in whatever baby clothes have been chosen.
