#tooloftheday Adjustable reamers. You don’t need wm very often but when you do they save an asstonne of work. (If you don’t have any, you can make a one off reamer to do the job, but that takes longer).

Looks like smoked haddock, tastes like artisanal sourdough, bread rolls rescued from an accidental 24hr cold-ferment. Will toast them for garlic bread with the pasta Mx 17’s cooking tonight.
