I'd ordered a signed copy but it looks like unbound has gone bankrupt, do you know what's going to happen?

Yeah that was probably it, if the top tray isn't pushed back fully it would interfere with the door. It's my first dishwasher so I'm not used to them. Using powder as you suggested seems the best so far.

I had a sapphire 5870, I've still got it. It was a huge GPU.
