Both episodes were decent & aren't outside the Star Trek mindset. I have been a fan of Strange New Worlds & it was prob between SNW & Disc. The first 2 eps introduce chars & setup the Academy concept. I love how ST fans strive for progress or either want the same old shit. I grew up w/ SW so idk
