I came so close to convincing my family to do lasagna for thanksgiving this year. Also suggested frozen tv dinners so everyone can have what they like but that idea was shutdown very quickly. I just want the cleanup to be easy.

I’m going to submit my first ever conference proposal! I’ve wanted to do this for almost 3 years and I think I found the right opportunity. So excited to share the draft with my supervisor!

I ended up getting a salad from the healthy food vending machine downstairs and it was a great (somewhat forced) decision! Ate a healthier lunch and I discovered that I like roasted chickpeas which I now plan to make at home.
Remembered to grab my chai latte out the fridge this morning but didn’t remember to take the lunch I had just finished packing and set by the door 🫠

The people next door have allowed their front door to slam at least 7 times in the past 4 minutes. The issue with the music producer neighbor causing the walls to shake seems to be fixed. Now figure out the other neighbors that never learned to not let a door slam. Apartment life isn’t for everyone.
