My instinct tells me that that you need to at least consider it

So therefore it's impossible to trust that any AI generated image involving children is not at least on some level somewhat compromised in this way
Or perhaps a less sinister example might be a lewd AI generated loli image that does reference an image of a real child

Because when it comes to AI image generation it's impossible to really source what materials is being used to train the machine
