There were lots of positives with some lanes linking housing estates and some great separated cycle tracks. But none of the potential routes were fully safe. Eg You can go through Kevinsfort through a lane to St Mary's but the 3rd photo is a "cycle lane" you need to take to get to kevinsfort. 2/n

Yesterday evening in #Sligo there were 4 cars parked fully on the pavement on O 'Connell street. This morning one was parked outside the Yeats building. Why spend money on brautiful paving and allow it to be abused this way. #pavmentParking #activeTravel
